From releasing hatchlings and cleaning beaches to assisting with egg relocation, you’ll gain practical, hands-on experience and a deeper appreciation of what it truly means to protect and preserve our natural world.

What to Expect …
The rhythm of turtle activity shifts with the season. Depending on when you visit, you may witness more nesting mothers or experience the joy of hatchling releases. While sightings can’t be guaranteed, the peak window for turtle encounters typically falls between July and September.

• Supporting Conservation Directly – A portion of your participation fee (RM150–RM450) goes toward vital conservation initiatives.

Immerse yourself in meaningful conservation work through hands-on activities and enriching learning opportunities. With daily sessions beginning at 14:00, your mornings are free to unwind—whether that means soaking up the sun on the beach, snorkeling in the crystal-clear bay, or simply connecting with nature at your own pace.

Hatchery Maintenance
The hatchery serves as a safe haven for incubating turtle eggs, protecting them from predators while also helping regulate temperature for optimal development. To keep everything running smoothly, weekly maintenance checks is carried out to ensure the structure remains secure, stable, and fully functional.

Turtle Talk – Sharing the Message
As a hands-on member of the program, you’ll dive into the materials used for Turtle Talks, equipping yourself to become a passionate advocate for sea turtle conservation. You’ll help inspire and educate visitors at the resort, sparking awareness and appreciation for these incredible creatures and the efforts to protect them.

Nightly Beach Patrols
Over the course of the program, you’ll take part in four nighttime patrols—sometimes beneath a canopy of stars. These shifts involve hourly beach walks and hatchery checks to monitor for turtle activity, typically scheduled between 21:00–02:00 or 03:00–07:00.
